以玉米芯粉為主料，澱粉、殼聚糖以、黃原膠2聚乙烯醇為膠黏劑，在90℃熔融共混30min製備混合原料，再通過一係列後續處理製備操逼下载软件。

一、一次性玉米澱粉操逼下载软件混合原料製備：

1、將玉米芯粉過篩，稱取備用。

2、稱取澱粉、殼聚糖、黃原膠，並與玉米芯粉混合均勻，備用。

3、稱取一定量聚乙烯醇，加入適量蒸餾水，90℃水浴加熱15min並不斷攪拌，直全溶解。

4、將2中的混合粉末與溶解的聚乙烯醇混合均勻，再加入適量的蒸餾水保障每個原料全潤濕，放入恒溫水浴鍋中90℃加熱30min，不斷攪拌以保證原料受熱均勻，並使料漿質地細膩良好。

4. 二、擠壓成型：

1、將上述料漿稍冷卻後進行擠壓塑形，放入幹燥箱中幹燥1h，恒溫100℃。
